I, ROBERT TROY, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Consumer Protection Act 2007 (No. 19 of 2007) and regulation 2(a) of the Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2020 ( S.I. No. 580 of 2020 ), hereby make the following regulations: | ||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Consumer Protection Act 2007 (Grocery Goods Undertakings) (Revocation) Regulations 2022. | ||
2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of April 2022. | ||
3. The following Regulations are revoked: | ||
Consumer Protection Act 2007 (Grocery Goods Undertakings) Regulations 2016 ( S.I. No. 35 of 2016 ). | ||
