Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 29th April, 2022. | ||
I, CHARLIE MCCONALOGUE, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 15(4) of the Sea-Fisheries (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (No. 2 of 2022), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Sea-Fisheries (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (Commencement) Order 2022. | ||
2. The 3rd day of May 2022 is appointed as the day on which the Sea Fisheries (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (No. 2 of 2022) shall come into operation. | ||
