Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 26th July, 2022. | ||
I, RODERIC O’GORMAN, Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 (2) of the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (No. 19 of 2022) hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (Parts 2 and 3) (Commencement) Order 2022. | ||
2. The 26th day of July 2022 is appointed as the day on which Parts 2 and 3 of the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (No. 19 of 2022) shall come into operation. | ||
