Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, Darragh O’Brien, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 78 (1) of the Maritime Area Planning Act 2022 (No. 50 of 2021) and having regard to section 78(2), hereby make the following regulations: | ||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Maritime Area Consent (Application Fee) Regulations 2022. | ||
2. (1) These Regulations shall come into operation on 31 July 2022. | ||
(2) In these Regulations “relevant applications” has the meaning assigned to it by section 78(4)(b) and (c) of the Maritime Area Planning Act 2021 (No. 50 of 2021). | ||
3. The amount of €25,000 is prescribed as the fee in respect of the making of relevant applications. | ||
