Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 7th October, 2022. | ||
I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (5) of the Maritime Area Planning Act 2021 (No. 50 of 2021), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Maritime Area Planning Act 2021 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) (No. 3) Order 2022. | ||
2. The lst day of October 2022 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Maritime Area Planning Act 2021 (No. 50 of 2021) shall come into operation: | ||
(a) Part 8, and | ||
(b) Schedules 10, 11 and 12. | ||
