Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, HEATHER HUMPHREYS, Minister for Social Protection, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (4) of the Birth Information and Tracing Act 2022 (No. 14 of 2022), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Birth Information and Tracing Act 2022 (Part 9) (Commencement) Order 2022. | ||
2. The 3rd day of October 2022 is appointed as the day on which Part 9 of the Birth Information and Tracing Act 2022 (No. 14 of 2022) shall come into operation. | ||
