Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 11th November, 2022. | ||
I, SIMON HARRIS, Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Higher Education Authority Act 2022 (No. 31 of 2022), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Higher Education Authority Act 2022 (Commencement) Order 2022. | ||
2. The 10th day of November 2022 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Higher Education Authority Act 2022 shall come into operation: | ||
(a) sections 1 to 52; | ||
(b) section 53, other than subsection (1)(b); | ||
(c) section 60; | ||
(d) sections 64 to 68; | ||
(e) section 69 insofar as it relates to notices of appeal under section 42(6) or 65(4); | ||
(f) sections 70 to 84; | ||
(g) sections 88 to 94; | ||
(h) section 96; | ||
(i) section 104; | ||
(j) sections 106 to 140; | ||
(k) sections 142 to 145. | ||
