Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 23rd December, 2022. | ||
I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (No. 23 of 2014), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (Commencement) Order 2022. | ||
2. The 31st day of December 2022 is appointed as the day on which section 5(2) of and Schedule 2 to the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (No. 23 of 2014), insofar as those provisions relate to the amendment specified in item 1(a) of Part 3 of that Schedule, shall come into operation. | ||
