Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 24th January, 2023. | ||
The Government, on the request of the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 8 (2) of the Regulation of Providers of Building Works and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2022 (No. 15 of 2022), hereby make the following order with respect to which, pursuant to section 5 (3) of that Act, a draft has been laid before each House of the Oireachtas and a resolution approving the draft has been passed by each such House: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Regulation of Providers of Building Works and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2022 (Appointment of Registration Body) Order 2023. | ||
2. This Order shall come into operation on 19 January 2023. | ||
