Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 of the Electoral Reform Act 2022 (No. 30 of 2022), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Electoral Reform Act 2022 (Establishment Day) Order 2023. | ||
2. The 9th day of February 2023 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Electoral Reform Act 2022 (No. 30 of 2022). | ||
