Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 17th February, 2023. | ||
The Government, on the request of the Minister for Rural and Community Development and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Rural and Community Development) Order 2023. | ||
2. Niall O’Connor, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Rural and Community Development, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Rural and Community Development with effect from 17 December 2022. | ||
