Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, CATHERINE MARTIN, Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5 of the Broadcasting Act 2009 (No. 18 of 2009) (as substituted by section 8 of the Online Safety and Media Regulation Act 2022 (No. 41 of 2022)), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Broadcasting Act 2009 (Establishment Day) Order 2023. | ||
2. The 15th day of March 2023 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Broadcasting Act 2009 (No. 18 of 2009). | ||
