Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 24th March, 2023. | ||
I, RODERIC O’GORMAN Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 9 (1) of the Institutional Burials Act 2022 (No. 18 of 2022), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Institutional Burials Act 2022 (Establishment of Office of Director of Authorised Intervention, Tuam) Order 2023. | ||
2. (a) The 20th day of March 2023 is appointed as the day on which an Office of Director of Authorised Intervention shall stand established. | ||
(b) The Office of Director of Authorised Intervention established under paragraph (a) shall continue in operation for a period of 30 months from the date that Office stands established under that paragraph. | ||
(c) The Director shall be called and known as the Director of Authorised Intervention, Tuam. | ||
