Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Communications Regulation and Digital Hub Development Agency (Amendment) Act 2023 (No. 4 of 2023), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Communications Regulation and Digital Hub Development Agency (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) Order 2023.

2. The 8th day of March 2023 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Communications Regulation and Digital Hub Development Agency (Amendment) Act 2023 (No. 4 of 2023) shall come into operation:

(a) Part 10;

(b) Part 11.
