Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 10th March, 2023. | ||
I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (4) of the Planning and Development and Foreshore (Amendment) Act 2022 (No. 47 of 2022), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Planning and Development and Foreshore (Amendment) Act 2022 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2023. | ||
2. The 8th day of March 2023 is appointed as the day on which sections 3 , 13 and 14 of the Planning and Development and Foreshore (Amendment) Act 2022 (No. 47 of 2022) shall come into operation. | ||
