Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 3rd March, 2023.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth) Order 2023.

2. Tom Sheppard, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth with effect from 17 December 2022.

3. Eoin Wilson, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth with effect from 17 December 2022.
