I, CATHERINE MARTIN, Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the National Cultural Institutions (National Concert Hall) (Amendment) Act 2023 (No. 1 of 2023), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the National Cultural Institutions (National Concert Hall) (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) Order 2023. | ||
2. The 28th day of February 2023 is appointed as the day on which the National Cultural Institutions (National Concert Hall) (Amendment) Act 2023 (No. 1 of 2023) shall come into operation. | ||
