Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 24th March, 2023. | ||
The Government, on the request of the Taoiseach and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No.27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Taoiseach) Order 2023. | ||
2. Each person mentioned in the Schedule, particulars of each of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of the Taoiseach, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Taoiseach with effect from 17 December 2022. | ||
