Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, STEPHEN DONNELLY, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (6) of the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) (Amendment) Act 2022 (No. 46 of 2022), after consultation with the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) (Amendment) Act 2022 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order 2023. | ||
2. The 26th day of April 2023 is appointed as the day on which sections 72 to 77 of the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) (Amendment) Act 2022 (No. 46 of 2022) shall come into operation. | ||
