Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 4th July, 2023. | ||
I, RODERIC O’GORMAN, Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (No. 8 of 2023), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (Commencement) Order 2023. | ||
2. The 3rd day of July 2023 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (No. 8 of 2023) shall come into operation: | ||
(a) Part 1; | ||
(b) Part 2, other than sections 7, 8, 12 (a), 13 and 14; | ||
(c) Sections 32 to 39. | ||
