Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 18th July, 2023. | ||
I, MICHEÁL MARTIN, Minister for Defence, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 15 (2) of the Civil Defence Act 2023 (No. 17 of 2023), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Civil Defence Act 2023 (Commencement) Order 2023. | ||
2. The 18th day of July 2023 is appointed as the day on which the Civil Defence Act 2023 (No. 17 of 2023) shall come into operation. | ||
