I, STEPHEN DONNELLY, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act (No. 27 of 1972), and for the purpose of giving further effect to Regulation (EU) 2021/953 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 20211 , as amended by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/2288 of 21 December 20212 , Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/256 of 22 February 20223 , Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/503 of 29 March 20224 and Regulation (EU) 2022/1034 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 June 20225 , hereby make the following regulations: | ||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Union (EU Digital Covid Certificates) (Revocation) Regulations 2023. | ||
2. The following are revoked: | ||
(a) the European Union (EU Digital Covid Certificates) Regulations 2021 ( S.I. No. 318 of 2021 ); | ||
(b) the European Union (EU Digital Covid Certificates) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 ( S.I. No. 182 of 2022 ). | ||
