Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 24th November, 2023. | ||
I, RODERIC O’GORMAN, Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (No. 8 of 2023), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2023. | ||
2. The 27th day of November 2023 is appointed as the day on which section 7 of the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (No. 8 of 2023) shall come into operation. | ||
