Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (7) of the Historic and Archaeological Heritage and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (No. 26 of 2023), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Historic and Archaeological Heritage and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 4) Order 2023. | ||
2. The 31st day of December 2023 is appointed as the day on which Chapters 1, 3 and 8 of Part 13 of the Historic and Archaeological Heritage and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (No. 26 of 2023) shall come into operation. | ||
