Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 22nd December, 2023. | ||
I, HELEN MCENTEE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Domestic, Sexual and Gender-Based Violence Agency Act 2023 (No. 31 of 2023), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Domestic, Sexual and Gender-Based Violence Agency Act 2023 (Commencement) Order 2023. | ||
2. The 31st day of December 2023 is appointed as the day on which the Domestic, Sexual and Gender-Based Violence Agency Act 2023 (No. 31 of 2023) shall come into operation. | ||
