Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 12th January, 2024. | ||
I, HELEN MCENTEE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (4) of the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2023 (No. 18 of 2023), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2023 (Section 77) (Commencement) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 11th day of January 2024 is appointed as the day on which section 77 of the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2023 shall come into operation. | ||
