Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 1st March, 2024. | ||
I, MICHAEL MCGRATH, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Finance (State Guarantees, International Financial Institution Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024 (No. 3 of 2024), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Finance (State Guarantees, International Financial Institution Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 28th day of February 2024 is appointed as the day on which the Finance (State Guarantees, International Financial Institution Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024 (No. 3 of 2024) shall come into operation. | ||
