Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, MICHAEL MCGRATH, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 31 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (No. 23 of 2014), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (State Authority) Order 2024. | ||
2. The Strategic Banking Corporation of Ireland is prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 31 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (No. 23 of 2014). | ||
