Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 17th May, 2024. | ||
I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 (1) of the Gas (Amendment) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2024 (No.11 of 2024), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Gas (Amendment) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2024 (Transfer Day) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 1st day of June 2024 is appointed as the transfer day for the purposes of the Gas (Amendment) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2024 (No. 11 of 2024). | ||
