Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 8 of the Local Government (Mayor of Limerick) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2024 (No. 7 of 2024), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Mayor of Limerick) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2024 (Establishment Day) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 24th day of May 2024 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Local Government (Mayor of Limerick) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2024 (No. 7 of 2024). | ||
