Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Road Traffic Act 2016 (No. 21 of 2016), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 2016 (Part 2) (Commencement) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 1st day of October 2024 is appointed as the day on which Part 2 of the Road Traffic Act 2016 (No. 21 of 2016) shall come into operation. | ||
