Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

The Government, at the request of the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 75 (2)(b) of the Land Development Agency Act 2021 (No. 26 of 2021), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Land Development Agency Act 2021 (Part 9 Exemption) Order 2024. | ||
2. The land specified in the Schedule is exempt from the provisions of Part 9 of the Land Development Agency Act 2021 (No. 26 of 2021). | ||
