Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, HELEN MCENTEE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (4) of the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2023 (No. 18 of 2023), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2023 (Part 4 and section 118) (Commencement) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 1st day of July 2024 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2023 (No. 18 of 2023) shall come into operation: | ||
(a) Part 4; | ||
(b) section 118, insofar as it is not already in operation. | ||
