No. 107 of 2007 Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the use of Certain Conventional Weapons which may be deemed to be Excessively Injurious or to have Indiscriminate Effects,with Protocol on Non-Detectable Fragments (Protocol I)and Protocol on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Mines, Booby-Traps and other Devices (Protocol II)and Protocol on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Incendiary Weapons (Protocol III), done at Geneva on 10 October 1980, Ireland-�s instrument of ratification deposited with the Secretary General of the United Nations on 13 March 1995, entered into force with respect to Ireland on 13 September 1995.
