Bankruptcy-cession generale-limitations of procedure-(a) debtor must first be imprisoned for debt; (b) not available to dishonest debtor; (c) gives no protection against priority of creditor already having acte d'arrêt confirme against debtor; (d) only available at suit of creditor who holds judgment for liquidated sum-procedure little used following evolution of desastre
