Family Law-children-illegitimate children-child of married woman-decree under Declarations of Illegitimacy (Jersey) Law 1947, art. 7 requires proof that (a) husband had no marital intercourse with mother at time of conception; and (b) child conceived during subsistence of marriage-proof of wife's adultery in previous divorce proceedings not res judicata in suit for declaration of illegitimacy because different issues and child not party to divorce proceedings
