Guarantee and Indemnity-indemnity-transfer of benefit of indemnity-novation may transfer to substituted purchaser benefit of indemnity granted by vendor of land to original purchaser if indemnity effectively part of same contract-novation may incorporate indemnity even though in separate document not referred to-no need for separate assignment
