Trusts-powers and duties of trustees-power of advancement-appointment of capital may be void if (a) unauthorized; or (b) would not have been made if trustee had not ignored relevant or considered irrelevant matter, e.g. failure to understand effect of tax legislation on proposed action after incorrect legal advice-preferable to negligence action between trustees, beneficiaries and legal advisers
