Civil Procedure-service out of jurisdiction-procedural irregularity-non-resident defendant incorrectly served but fully aware of nature and content of claim may be treated as correctly served if no prejudice-discretion under Royal Court Rules 2004, r.10/6 for court to treat incorrectly served proceedings as void, set aside wholly or in part, or amend or deal with them as it thinks fit-proceedings not generally defeated by mere technicality
