Land Law-boundaries-encroachment-court may award damages in lieu of removal-modest damages appropriate for minor encroachment found to exist after neighbours agreed new boundary (i.e. part of defendant's wall now on plaintiff's property and windows too close to the boundary)-not fair or proportionate in circumstances to order demolition of wall and change of windows
