Breach of a 180 hours' Community Service Order made on 14th July 2003 by the Royal Court [2003] JRC121 following a guilty plea to 1 count of being concerned in the supply of diamorphine.

 

Age:     24.

 

Plea:    Breach admitted.

 

Conclusions:

4 weeks' imprisonment.

JUDGMENT

 

THE COMMISSIONER:

1.        Miss Correia, the Court finds that you have had plenty of chances to keep to the terms of this order and there comes a point at which the Court is bound to impose a custodial sentence and it is clear to the Court that this point has been reached.

2.        The order of the Court, therefore, is that you will go to prison for 4 weeks.
