    FAIR EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL

    DECISION

    The unanimous decision of the Tribunal is that the applicant has not proved he was unlawfully discriminated against on the grounds of his religious belief and his application is dismissed.

  1. The applicant did not appear and the Tribunal treated his originating application as the written representations of his case. Evidence was called by the respondents to refute the allegations that were made in the originating application.
  2. The Tribunal did not find that the applicant had proved that he was unlawfully discriminated against on the grounds of his religious belief and accepted the evidence that was given on behalf of the respondents. The originating application is dismissed.
