1.         All the claimant’s claims against the respondents are dismissed. 

 

These claims are : constructive dismissal, unlawful deductions from wages, breach of contract (holiday pay), discrimination, harassment and victimisation on the grounds of both sex and religious belief, and discrimination on the ground of the claimant’s status as a part-time worker.


 

2.         Reasons were given at the hearing.
