    THE INDUSTRIAL TRIBUNALS

    CASE REF: 574/04

    575/04

    APPLICANTS: 1. Kerry Randall

    2. Jamie Scott

    RESPONDENT: CR Promotions

    DECISION

It is the unanimous decision of the tribunal that these applications be dismissed.

    Appearances:

The applicants did not appear or did not instruct any representation but their Originating Applications were considered by the tribunal prior to dismissing their claim pursuant to Rule 11(3) of the Industrial Tribunals (Constitution & Rules of Procedure) Regulations (NI) 2004.

The respondents did not appear, did not instruct any representation and did not file a Notice of Appearance.

    SUMMARY REASONS

  1. It appearing to the tribunal that both applicants were employed for only one month, no entitlement to claim unfair dismissal arose.
  2. Both applicants also claimed for holiday pay and unpaid wages. In the absence of any evidence whatsoever from the applicants, the tribunal has insufficient evidence upon which to make any findings in respect of these claims. Accordingly they are dismissed.
