    DECISION ON AN APPLICATION TO REVIEW A DECISION

  1. The respondent had applied for a review of the Chairman's decision on 14 March 2006 that the response was outside the time limit set out in Rule 41 of Schedule 1 of the Industrial Tribunals Rules of Procedure Regulations 2005. I am satisfied under Rule 34(3)(e) that the interests of justice require such a review and I accept that the response was submitted outside the time limit due to a postal strike which was in operation at the relevant time. The decision not to accept the response is now revoked.

  2. The parties have agreed that the various claims made by the claimant should be consolidated for the purposes of one hearing and I so direct.
