1. The claimant's claim is for a redundancy payment, unpaid wages, holiday pay and notice pay.
2. No response has been received from the respondent. Neither party appeared at today's hearing, nor were they represented. This case was previously listed and was adjourned because neither party appeared.
3. The onus is on the claimant to prove that she was dismissed, where that fact has not been conceded by the respondent. In the absence of hearing evidence from the claimant to substantiate her claim, and in the absence of a response from the respondent the decision of the tribunal is that the claim should be dismissed.
