The unanimous decision of the tribunal is that the claim is dismissed for want of jurisdiction.

1. A claim of unlawful discrimination relating to religious belief and/or political opinion had not been accepted because of non-compliance with the statutory grievance procedures. The only claim remaining was one of unfair dismissal.
2. The claimant had been employed by the first named respondent from 8 January 2001 to 7 September 2008.
3. The respondent is based in Bristol in England. The claimant was employed in Bristol and never worked within Northern Ireland.
4. The tribunal in Northern Ireland has no jurisdiction in this matter and the claim is dismissed for want of jurisdiction.
