DECISION
The unanimous decision of the tribunal is that the claimant is entitled to the sum of £6,570.00 for redundancy pay, £885.00 for unpaid wages, and £237.25 for unpaid holiday pay. These awards are made against the first-named respondent and a declaration of the award made against the second-named respondent.

1. The tribunal heard evidence from the claimant and provided oral reasons at the hearing. The tribunal has determined that the first-named respondent owes the claimant redundancy pay in the sum of £6,570.00, holiday pay in sum of £237.25 and unpaid wages in the sum of £885.00. A declaration of the sums due is also made against the second-named respondent.
2. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
