DECISION

The unanimous decision of the tribunal is that the claimant’s claims of race discrimination, harassment on the ground of race, and victimisation be dismissed.

(i)       the name of the respondent company Teletech was amended to that now shown to make clear that it was a limited liability company; and

 

(ii)      Mr David Bullock was dismissed as a party to the proceedings.

 

2.       The claimant’s claims of race discrimination, racial harassment and victimisation are dismissed.
