DECISION
The decision of the tribunal is that the claimant is entitled to unpaid holiday pay from the first-named respondent in the sum of £1,015.20.

1. The first-named respondent did not appear. It is currently insolvent. The tribunal established, at hearing, that the claimant was entitled to holiday pay for 30 days’ holidays. The holiday pay is £1,015.20. The reasons for the tribunal’s decision were given orally at hearing.
2. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
